Charlie Naimo is currently the Technical Director of the Western New York Flash in the NWSL. He most recently served as Head Coach of the Los Angeles Blues in the USL Wleague.〔http://www.bluessoccerclub.com/FrontOffice/212635.html〕 Naimo started his USL coaching career in 1998 with the Central Jersey Splash of the W-League. He coached the Splash for two seasons before moving to the New Brunswick Power (W-League) for the 2000 W-League season.
